Who we are

Dorms to Dollars (“D2D”, “we”) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], Canada. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Privacy officer: [NAME]. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

What we collect

When you book a chat, request the starter kit, or save a workshop seat: your first name, email, and optionally your phone, school, year of study, and the topic you want help with. We also record the consent text you saw, the time, your IP address, and browser details so we can prove consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Automatically: the page you landed on, the link that sent you (UTM tags and a source key), and, with your okay, analytics and advertising cookies.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us: our booking calendar ([BOOKING PROVIDER]), our email and customer-records system ([CRM PROVIDER]), our email delivery service (Resend), and our hosting provider (Vercel). Some of these store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell personal information.

Minors

If you are under the age of majority in your province, please involve a parent or guardian before booking. [LEGAL REVIEW: AGE POLICY]
